5%
Flat commission on face value · Nothing deducted afterwards
The 5% applies to the voucher's face value and nothing else. Blockchain network costs on a crypto payout are ours, not marked up and not passed on. The figure you see here is indicative; the authoritative amount is recomputed on our servers at the moment you confirm an order, and it is shown to you before you commit.
- 01
No KYC, no documents
No passport, no selfie, no identity documents — at any amount. A name and a country for sanctions screening is all we ask for. Nothing to photograph, nothing to upload, ever.
- 02
Checked by a person
Every voucher is verified against the issuer by hand before settlement is released. Slower than an instant quote, and the reason nothing is clawed back afterwards.
- 03
Codes handled properly
Your code is encrypted the moment it arrives, readable only by the operator verifying it, logged on every access, and destroyed once your order settles.

Four steps, one slow on purpose
Open an account
An email address and a password. You can get a quote and look around before committing to anything.
Tell us who you are
Your name and your country — that is the whole step. No document, no selfie, no KYC, at any amount.
Submit the voucher
Enter the code and where the settlement should go. The commission and the exact figure are shown before you confirm.
We check it, then settle
An operator verifies the voucher against the issuer, releases the payment, and records the transaction reference on your order where you can see it.

Built as a control point,
not a back door
Prepaid vouchers are bought with cash, carry no account holder, and transfer by passing a string of characters. That makes them useful to people moving money obtained by deception. A service that converts them is either a control point or a laundering channel; there is no neutral middle.

No KYC required
No documents, no selfies, no KYC — at any amount. A name and a country for sanctions screening is all we ask for. Nobody is paid anonymously, and nobody is asked for a document.
- 02
Sanctions and PEP screening
Every name is checked against the sanctions and PEP lists before a first payout, and again on a schedule after that. A possible match stops the order until somebody has read it properly. Never a script deciding on its own.
- 03
Custody of voucher codes
Encrypted on arrival, readable only by the operator verifying them, logged on every access, and destroyed at settlement.
- 04
Record retention
Transactions, identity documents and the decision trail behind every approval are retained for 5 years.

When a voucher arrives, somebody opens it and reads the code out to the issuer. That somebody is me, or one of two colleagues.
We check the balance is what you said it was, that it has not already been spent, and that the issuer has no report against it. That call is the reason your order does not settle in nine seconds, and it is also the reason we can send you crypto that nobody comes back for later.
Occasionally the answer is that the voucher was reported stolen. When that happens we do not pay it out, and we do not return it — we hold it and we talk to the issuer. If you bought that voucher in good faith, that is a bad afternoon for you and I am sorry for it. If somebody talked you into buying it over the phone, tell us early. The sooner we know, the more we can still do.
It is a slower business than the one the adverts describe. I would rather explain the delay than explain a reversal.

Questions people actually ask
All questions →Q.What am I actually paying 5% for?
A person's time, a risk that transfers with the code, and the compliance machinery behind both.
Q.How long does the whole thing take?
No figure in hours or days is promised, because the slow step belongs to somebody else. The sequence is this.
Q.What is asked for below the verification threshold?
A verification step is completed before any payout.
Q.Why can I not use the service from my country?
Because we serve only markets where we can operate lawfully. France is not served. Neither are FATF call-for-action jurisdictions, comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, or any country where no local authorisation is held.
Q.What happens if my voucher fails verification?
It depends which of four findings the issuer reports, and they are very different from one another.
Q.Do I need an account to sell a voucher?
Yes. Every order belongs to an account, and there is no guest route around it.
