Why a brand might be unavailable

Most prepaid voucher issuers prohibit transferring a code to a third party in their own terms of service. Where that is the case we do not accept the brand until there is either an agreement with the issuer or a documented legal position permitting it. A code we cannot lawfully redeem is a code we cannot pay you for, and finding that out after you have handed it over would be the worst possible time.

A brand can also come off the list at short notice if an issuer disputes redemptions or changes its terms. If that happens while you have an order open, we tell you and return the position to where it started wherever we can.
